Our easy to use content management system (CMS) allows you to log in and add, edit and delete any of your website pages. We setup the first five pages for you, and hand over all the passwords when finished.

If it all looks too hard, or you don't have the time; don't worry, we are also available for a low cost fee of $29 per page if you ever need any changes made.

Our website packages include the first five pages professionally laid out and designed by us. Usually the pages would represent:

We are flexible with the pages, so if you want different content to the list above, we can cater for that too.

Our content management system included in your website allows for nearly unlimited pages, so you are free to log in yourself and add more pages later if you wish. 

Up to 10 email accounts included

Our website package includes up to 10 email addresses. You simply nominate the addresses you would like such as This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it   and we will set them up for you. We will also give you instructions on how to set them up on your email client such as Outlook Express / Thunderbird etc.

What happens after the 12 months hosting?

• You will receive an email from the hosting provider that the account is due, then you simply pay for another 12 months hosting through the hosting provider, it's just like paying a phone bill!
• You deal direct with the hosting company, so you don't pay any margins to us and save on hosting costs.
• The domain name is paid every 2 years like a utility/phone bill.
• Price varies all the time for hosting and domain names, but to give you an idea it will cost around $115-$150 per year for your website, emails and domain name.
• You will recieve full instructions regarding your hosting and domain name in your handover pack when we complete your website.

 What you need to supply:

• Company logo as an image file (such as PNG, JPG, GIF, TIFF, EPS, PSD etc).
  If you don't have a company logo, we can use plain text or we can design a logo for $125.00.
• Images of your company, products and services you would like displayed on the website.
• Text content for the pages, we can fill the pages with placeholder text if you don't have the text ready when website is developed. You can simply login later and add the text yourself.

Your new website in 5 easy steps.. 

1Choose from one of our available website packs. They can be ordered online, or we can contact you for payment details.

2We will then contact you regarding your website requirements and finalise the details.

3Our designers will then prepare a preview of your website for approval.

4Once you have given us approval of the design, we will get to work creating your website and the setting up of any email addresses if you requested them.

5Woila! Your new website is up and running...enjoy! We will then handover the passwords, and a welcome pack including easy to read instructions.

Terms and conditions

• All prices quoted are in Australian $AUD and include GST.
• Typical turnaround time from date of order to live website is 7-14 days.
• Whilst we do everything possible to get your website up and running as quick as possible, certain factors beyond our control such as domain name delegation may extend this time. We keep you informed of the progress of your website every step of the way.
• We cannot guarantee website uptime as this is controlled by the hosting provider, however we believe we are using one of the best hosting providers in Australia, and they claim 99.9% uptime. 
• Deposit of $150 is all that is required to get started, with the balance due on completion of website.
• The client agrees to make available as soon as is reasonably possible to colourwheel all materials required to complete the website to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.
• Ownership of any work delivered to the Customer under any contract between colourwheel and the Customer, or of any other goods delivered under any such contract, shall not pass to the Customer until payment in full of all sums due to colourwheel under such contract has been made to colourwheel.
• Whilst every endeavor will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, Colourwheel cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it.
• Colourwheel cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.
